Quotes and payments
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Some services need an advance payment before work or a booking is confirmed.
- Remaining payments are due as agreed in your quote or invoice.
- Prices are in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise.
Your responsibilities
- Provide the content, access and approvals we need on time.
- Make sure any material you give us (logos, images, text) is yours to use.
- Review and approve work within the agreed time.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables made for you. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Advertising results
We work to improve your reach and results, but platform algorithms, budgets and market conditions are outside our control, so we cannot guarantee specific numbers of sales, leads or followers.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers or payment services, or by delays caused by missing content or approvals.
